Welcome to Roxley Consulting
My name is Cameron Zeller (they/them).
I began my career in civil engineering, coordinating and leading wastewater infrastructure projects. I have 10+ years of experience that includes domestic design-bid-build and design-build projects as well as international sanitation work.
After coming out as trans* in 2021, I felt pulled to serve my LGBTQ+ community. I took a job at an LGBTQ+ Pride Center called CoastPride in Half Moon Bay, CA, eventually serving as the Interim Executive Director. While at CoastPride I discovered that I could use the project management skills I learned in my engineering jobs to support the heart-centered work of caring and advocating for community and found it deeply fulfilling. For the past five years, I have been doing a mix of engineering and community support work; helping to provide essential physical and interpersonal infrastructure to our communities.
